Situated underneath the Deiniol Shopping Centre, in the city centre. The pay on foot car park is a covered two levelled car park and is accessible from Waterloo Street.

Pay machines are situated on the mall next to the lift on level 3 and on level 2 and adjacent to the lift lobby. Entrance and exit barriers and all pay machines have information buttons for further assistance.
